BNE's response – Call for evidence for an impact assessment on the DNA

Drawing on the experience of our members operating in 19 countries, we responded to the Commission’s call for evidence for an impact assessment on the Digital Networks Act, addressing spectrum governance, the resilience and societal value of terrestrial broadcasting, and the role of 5G Broadcast, and reiterating our call for terrestrial broadcasting to be appropriately recognised within the EU’s regulatory framework.
