After its creation, BNE joined the DVB Project in 2010 is an industry-led consortium of the world’s leading media and technology companies working together to design open technical specifications for digital media delivery. International standards bodies, usually ETSI, turns the specifications into international standards. A number of BNE members are also DVB members.
