On 7 September 2026, BNE took part in a roundtable at the European Parliament on the Digital Networks Act, organised by MEP Michal Kobosko, ITRE rapporteur for the file. BNE presented its proposed amendments to the DNA, calling for democratically accountable governance of radio spectrum, recognition of terrestrial broadcasting’s role in resilience and public warning, and safeguarded citizen access to free-to-air radio and television, including in vehicles.
